Joe Hudack knows a thing or two about making plans for the future and negotiating terms to make them happen. He spent nearly 30 years running his own businesses and working in corporate America. There he learned that brokering a deal requires the right balance of understanding, honesty and patience. He brings those same qualities to his law practice along with a passion for helping people navigate transitions in life with confidence.
Like most young adults, Mr. Hudack left college with big dreams for his life. He went to work, married his wife, Dawn, and started a family. He and his wife established businesses (including the first Fuddruckers franchise in Arkansas) and developed real estate, moving around the country as opportunities opened for them. In these roles he developed the skills he still uses to negotiate homeowners’ association matters, draft contracts and corporate documents and review agreements for his clients.
When Joe was only 44 years old the unthinkable happened. He suffered a near fatal heart attack, flatlining on the emergency room table. It took three rounds of shocks with the defibrillator paddles to stabilize his heart. Cardiac arrest was the last thing Joe and his wife had on their minds. They were still young and didn’t expect to deal this type of crisis for at least another 20 years.
When faced with this emergency, they realized how unprepared they really were for the future. Joe had a life insurance policy, but he didn’t have a will or a plan. Without one, his young family would have to wait through the probate process and let the courts decide what to do with everything he left behind, from the family business and real estate to the savings accounts. Facing financial ruin was the last thing they needed to deal with as they grieved.
When Mr. Hudack was given a second chance at life, he vowed to not make the same mistake again. So, when he talks to clients about estate planning, he understands how they think and feel. He’s been there. He also knows first-hand the peace that comes with knowing that you–and not the courts–get to decide what happens to your family legacy and the wealth you’ve worked so hard to build.
Joe understands that no two transactions are the same, so he takes the time to listen to his clients’ needs. You never wonder what’s going on, as he keeps you informed through each step of the process and makes sure you understand each action he takes on your behalf.
Mr. Hudack started his career in real estate, managing transactions for Fortune 500 companies. In addition to negotiating, executing, and closing acquisitions for sales and leases, he started and operated his own businesses. He has served as corporate and litigation counsel to community associations throughout California. Joe earned his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law, magna cum laude, so he could expand his practice and use his talents to assist clients with estate planning, business law, contract review and drafting, and real estate law services.
Family comes first for Mr. Hudack. He is a dedicated family man who has enjoyed the company of his wife for almost 30 years. They have two grown children: one an aspiring lawyer who is at the top of her class and the other who is a successful engineer. Their family also includes two Cockapoos and one Cavachon. In his spare time, he indulges in his passion for woodwork. Working with other woodworkers in the Corona area, Joe creates pieces for the children at the Royal Family Kids Camp to assemble into stools, boxes, and other fun toys. At the camp the kids paint and assemble the pieces into different projects that instill in them a sense of pride when they take their completed work home.

Successful homeowners’ associations meet the needs of the homeowners and protect their real estate investments. We offer impartial assistance for HOA boards and homeowners so they work together and have the tools they need to take action.
Probate is the judicial or court-monitored process of authenticating a Will if the deceased made one, or whereby the decedent’s estate is settled according to the laws of intestacy in the state in the absence of a legal will. During this process, the court appoints, according to the Will if there is one, an administrator or executor the power to manage the estate, pay the final bills, and distribute the assets.
