Brian G. Workman,
Attorney At Law

Helping people avail themselves to equal justice and rights under the law is exactly what fuels Brian G. Workman to obtain the BEST results possible to those who could not otherwise afford them.

A graduate from American College of Law, he started his private practice in Orange County in 1982. Brian G. Workman has dedicated himself for the past 34 years to helping others.

Brian G. Workman has handled tens of thousands of personal injury claims. Along the way he has had to butt heads with large defense firms; filing suit against defendants because their insurance companies failed to offer a fair and reasonable settlement. If you have been injured in an accident of any kind, no case is too big or too small.

Brian G. Workman has been in the Inland Empire since 2002 and has made Corona his permanent business location.

“I find Corona a nice town with friendly people; Corona is the best of both worlds. The location is open to the country and close to Orange County.

In 2011, Brian G. Workman attended the prestige law school in Los Angeles, The Straus Institute to further his legal career as a mediator and or an arbitrator. He is currently serving the Riverside Superior Court on a monthly basis.

Martindale-Hubbell has awarded him a BV rating.

Brian would like to remind anyone that has been in an accident not to deal with the insurance company directly; you are not on equal ground, nor will you be compensated adequately, remember insurance companies like any business are out to save money. That’s why you need legal counsel and someone who knows how to deal with the insurance companies.

Brian G. Workman’s bucket list: Extreme off-roading; NASCAR racing; parachute jumping and scuba diving.

Brian G. Workman is an advocate for animals and just recently adopted Gracie, a poodle mix.

“I love my Dad. He rescued me from an abusive environment. I adore him and follow-him everywhere he goes. I love sharing his sofa while he scratches my belly. I am so thankful that I am part of his family. I now have two sisters, Corkie and Chloe, to play with all day while we are waiting for him to come home.
